Blooddraw #2
I went in today for the second round of glucose bloodtesting, and thankfully the other tech was there. He'd taken a short vacation with his family which is why he wasn't there last week.
He said he'd actually gotten lots of complaints about that other guy who was butchering my hand last week, so I wasn't the only one who had issues with him. He also mentioned that while I have small veins, they're not that difficult to locate, and that that guy should have been able to take blood from my arm, in several places, before needing to resort to my hand.
What's even more bizarre is that the guy who filled in has worked for this company for 12-13 years. You'd think you'd be able to find veins, and not hurt people unnecessarily with bad puncture angles after that much time. Augh!
With good results, that should be the last of the bloodwork. Though, considering how late in the game I am now, it might be the last bloodwork anyway.
